How does Cogo work?


Cogo is free to use as we do not add any extra fees.

When you search for a scooter, car, bike or moped we instantly search across hundreds of mobility operators to collect and show you all the available rides close to you.




How does Cogo work with the mobility operators?


Cogo have contractual partnerships with most of the mobility operators that can be seen in our app. If you are an operator who's interested in working with us, please visit our Become a partner page.




What types of rides does Cogo include?


We strive to include all available rides from our partners, as long as they are human or electric powered. Currently we include electric scooters, electric cars, bikes, e-bikes, and electric mopeds on Cogo.




Where can I use Cogo?


Cogo works globally in urban cities where you can find shared rides on the streets. If you spot a ride on the street you couldn't find in Cogo we'd love to hear about it so we can improve our service.




I can't find the ride I see on your map


When you search for a scooter, bike, car or moped we instantly search across hundreds of mobility operators to aggregate the results and show you the available rides close to you. If there is a problem finding a ride that you have seen on Cogo we recommend that you redo your search by updating the map or restarting the app to ensure that you have the latest data provided from our partners.

However, if you believe that the error is critical and you feel that it happens frequently, please send us as detailed information about your search as you can, including screen shot, what kind of phone you're using as well as the app and operating system version running and we'll look into the issue.




I have a problem with the mobility operators app or service


If you are experiencing errors or have problems completing your trip once redirected to one of the mobility operators, we recommend you to contact them directly as only they will be able to assist you.

However, if you believe that the error is critical and you feel that it is something that we should be aware of, please don't hesitate to let us know.




I have problems when using Cogo


If a redirect link to the mobility operator is not working (error message, linking to wrong operator etc.) please send us as detailed information about your search as you can, including screen shot if possible and we'll look into the issue.

If you have problems using the app we recommend you to force-close the app before reopening it again, sometimes turning on/off your phone might help.
If it's still not working we recommend to uninstall the Cogo app and download the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If this still doesn't do the trick, please send us as detailed information about your search as you can, including screen shot, what kind of phone you're using as well as the app and operating system version running and we'll look into the issue.

Can I trust the mobility operators in Cogo?


All mobility operators that we display are operating their business in a serious and professional manner. Cogo cannot be held responsible for the customer service levels of the operators and we therefore always recommend contacting the operator directly with any issues.

However, we do love feedback so if you have had an experience with an operator you feel we should be aware of, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want all our users to have a good experience, and to that end we make specific requirements to the mobility operators that we work with.




Does Cogo use cookies or other tracking methods to raise or change the price?


Cogo does not sell or operate the mobility fleets in any way, so it is impossible for us to influence the price. The available rides and the prices we show in our results come directly from the mobility operators.

The price didn't match


Cogo is a free shared mobility aggregator that help you find all available rides near you, but we don't handle the rides ourselves or set the prices. The mobility providers controls the price, and we do everything we can to ensure the prices shown are accurate and up to date. However if you see an incorrect price on Cogo we’d love to know.
