App Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a passionate App Acquisition Manager who loves data and numbers. You will be directly responsible to drive our paid marketing initiatives across a wide range of disciplines such as paid (online) marketing, display, video, organic and more. The role will give you the opportunity to drive growth across markets and work with our development and sales team to improve performance.

What you'll do
These are some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

Build, manage and run paid app marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Apple Search Ads, Youtube, TikTok and more

Analyze data and campaign performance to optimise spend and ROI
-
Identify opportunities to increase organic app downloads to help with our overall app download targets

Run A/B-tests to identify trends and to gather insights to optimise campaigns

Work across disciplines to improve overall business performance
Who you are
To be successful in the role you should have some of the following skills and experiences:
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent
-
A background in business, marketing, entrepreneurship or similar
-
Relevant work experience in managing paid marketing campaigns and optimisations towards CAC, CTR, CPC goals
-
Understanding of how to work according to budgets and set KPIs
-
Being structured and organised in setting up branding, generic, and specially targeted campaign structures
-
Analytical approach for analysing data and numbers to find new opportunities
-
Experience from working in the marketing platforms mentioned above
-
Love working across disciplines and teams to help improve overall business performance
-
Be proactive and have the drive to run campaigns from start to finish
-
Experience from the mobility industry or working experience from a similar business in another industry is an advantage

Fluent and comfortable in verbal and written English, other languages are a plus
